To make your life a bit easier we are providing a TAG TEMPLATE for you to use. If you are unable to print out from the Excel Tag Template, please use 3x5" index/recipe cards. Please punch a hole in the top portion of the tag and pin through the hole this makes pinning the tag on easier, prevents damage to the article and for ease of tag removal at the sale.

1. If unable to use the Tag Template, please use 3" x 5" recipe card. Download TAG TEMPLATE here.

2. Fill out card as illustrated. PRINT CLEARLY.

Vendor Account Number To receive your vendor account number please email us at info@childrenspillage.com (please put VENDOR # REQUEST in the SUBJECT HEADING). Vendor Account numbers will be issued via email as soon as possible. Vendor account numbers will be issued on a first come first served basis so if you are returning to sell with Children’s Pillage in the Village and would like to keep your old account number register before Sept 1st! If unable to pre-register this number will assigned to you upon registration on Sept 22nd (at the drop off). No item will be sold without it.

* Sellers have the option to donate any unsold items. This needs to be indicated on each sale tag prior to the sale. We will assemble all of the donated items and deliver them to Healthy Beginnings and Family Support Program at The STOP Community Food Centre.

3. Each sale tag must show ONE ORIGINAL PRICE only. Minimum price is $1.00 per item.

4. Each article must have a sale tag attached with an individual price per item.

5. Use SAFETY PINS to attach sale tags to clothing and other items securely. Use medium or large safety pins (no small gold or straight pins). Use only one safety pin to attach a sale tag.

6. If you use tape to attach a sale tag to a large item (toy, playpen, high chair, etc.), please use masking tape on TWO sides of tag only. All clothing items must be on a hanger.

7. Articles with improperly prepared sale tags will be rejected.
